Joseph Novof, DO
Dr. Joseph Novof is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who has been in practice in the St. Louis region for over 7 years. At Neuropathy and Pain Solutions he serves as our medical supervisor
Liam Farrell, NP
Liam Farrell is a Nurse practitioner providing comprehensive pain management to patients. Liam’s background includes fourteen years of healthcare experience including seven years of recent emergency nursing experience.
Liam obtained his Masters of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University from which he graduated with honors. Liam is board certified as a nurse practitioner in family medicine. Liam lives in Herrin, Illinois with his wife and two children. Liam feels a strong dedication to holistic and individualized patient care. He recognizes the importance of embracing each person’s unique history and utilizing this to drive patient-centered care, Liam embraces a virtue-driven mindset motivated with the intent of providing as much benefit as possible to those under his care.
JORDAN KIMLER, NP
Jordan Kimler is a certified Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive pain management to patients. Jordan has over 14 years of experience working in the field of nursing. Jordan obtained her Masters of Nursing degree at Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College. She is certified by the ANCC, with a specialty in Adult-Geriatric medicine. Jordan resides in O'Fallon with her husband and two daughters.
Jordan is dedicated in providing compassionate care to all of her patients in pain. She believes every patient deserves individualized, impartial care reflecting his or her needs, values, and choices, provided in a safe effective manner. She enjoys working closely with patients to improve comfort and function. BRANDON WILLIAMS, DC, PA-C
Dr. Brandon Williams is originally from Murray, KY, where he attended Murray State University. He went on to attend Logan University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree and as class valedictorian for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009. After graduation, he practiced chiropractic in Swansea, IL.
During that time, he also participated in published research studies with Washington University School of Medicine in the fields of pharmacogenomics and orthopedics research, specifically with the hip and knee reconstruction team.
After several years in practice and field research, Dr. Williams continued his education at Saint Louis University, gradating with honors in 2013 with his Master of Medical Science degree as a physician assistant. He was also selected for inclusion into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Since that time, he has worked in neurosurgery at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. With this diverse background and years of experience, he has cultivated extensive knowledge in the practice of medicine and established his reputation for the compassionate and excellent care of patients. Dr. Williams is very pleased to bring all he has to offer to Neuropathy and Pain Solutions.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include exercising, playing the drums and guitar, spending time outdoors, and riding his motorcycle.
GREGORY HINRICHS, DC
Dr. Gregory Hinrichs has been serving the Metro-East area as a National Board Certified Chiropractic Physician since 2004. His treatment philosophy combines traditional chiropractic techniques with modern physical therapy rehabilitation to promote long-term patient wellness.
In addition his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and Bachelor's Degrees in Physiology and Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Dr. Hinrichs also has earned advanced certifications in whiplash and brain injury traumatology, auto crash reconstruction, and strength and conditioning.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hinrichs gives back to his patients and community by organizing food and gift drives for local organizations, serves as a speaker for area schools about health and wellness, and sponsors area charities, sports teams, and school and church organizations.
He is a loving husband to his wife Jill and father to 8 children. In his free time with his family, he serves as a sport and activity chauffeur, homework tutor, dog sitter, and family fitness and nutrition coordinator.
